Shipping policy

Please note that all orders shipped to the United States are billed in USD. It is currently not possible to ship an order to the United States and make payment in CAD, unless you contact us by phone at 1-888-876-5851.

Shipping is free for orders of $75 or more (before taxes) for shipments to Canada and the United States. For orders of $75 or less in Canada, the United States, and other regions:

• Carrier choice may vary from order to order.
• For orders shipped outside of Canada and the US, please contact us at 1 888 876.5851 to learn about shipping costs/procedures for your products as well as to pay for your order.
• Bleu Lavande will ship the products found in your order to the address you have indicated in the shipping details. Please note that if the address indicated when placing an order is incorrect or has errors, the client is responsible for paying any additional shipping costs.
• IMPORTANT: Unless otherwise indicated, during winter all packages will be sent with required signature. If you are not present at the delivery, a delivery notice card will be left in your mailbox indicating where the package can be picked up. This precaution is to ensure that your products do not remain in low temperatures that can affect their quality. Furthermore, please note that to ensure the superior quality of our products is maintained and to avoid freezing issues during cold days, we do not ship online orders when temperatures are -15 degrees Celsius or colder.
• Bleu Lavande must have received full payment for products you have ordered before they are shipped.
