If the quality of your purchase completed at www.bleulavande.com is not satisfactory (example: the product has a defect or is damaged), the article must be returned within 30 days following the purchase. Please contact us by email at email@example.com so that we can send you a return label. Please send your email describing the problem, your order number, a photo of the product in question as well as the lot number if applicable (6-digit number found on the bottom or side of the product). By the time we receive all these details, we will return another product.
Purchase made at our Magog Espace boutique
Bleu Lavande and Bleu Living health, beauty andambiance products and gourmet products bought at our boutique may not bereturned or exchanged. Accessories and decorative items may be returned within15 days of the date of purchase with your sales receipt. Items must be inlike-new condition. We sadly do not accept refunds or exchanges on reduceditems. We will happily refund your purchase as per the original form of payment.
