Yes, we offer both permanent and seasonal positions. Our needs vary depending on the time of year, especially for positions in the boutique and lavender fields.

Work and Conditions
Yes, for certain administrative positions, we offer a hybrid work policy that allows a combination of remote work and on-site presence. However, positions in the boutique, production, warehouse, and horticulture require physical presence, as they cannot be performed remotely.
We encourage a good work-life balance by offering flexible hours whenever possible.
- The regular schedule is from 8 AM to 4 PM.
- Some positions allow for flexible arrival and departure times.
- For the majority of positions in the boutique, fields, warehouse, or production, a specific schedule must be followed to ensure smooth operations.
Yes! We believe in skill development and the successful integration of our employees. Every new employee receives training tailored to their position.
At Bleu Lavande, we prioritize business casual attire. We aim to remain flexible regarding dress code to respect your individual choices and creativity.
That said, some of our locations and services require a mandatory dress code, such as:
- Boutique: closed-toe shoes, Bleu Lavande black apron
- Tourism: Bleu Lavande attire in the fields
- Warehouse: safety shoes for certain positions
Other positions may require a mandatory dress code as well.
Young workers
In accordance with CNESST regulations, we hire starting at the age of 14. For young workers aged 14 to 16, certain restrictions apply, particularly regarding working hours and the types of tasks allowed.
