$1 spent = 5 earned BLEU points

For every purchase, receive 5 BLEU points for every dollar spent.

Example: If you place an order of $100, you will receive 500 BLEU points! :)

You can redeem your BLEU points for free products or free shipping.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on View my BLEU points and a window will appear.
3. Refer to How to redeem points to discover the available rewards based on your points balance.
4. Online: When you are ready to place an order, choose your reward* and click on the Redeem button, then Add the product to the cart OR copy and paste the promo code in the Gift Card or Promo Code field of your online shopping cart.
   At our Magog Espace Boutique: Choose your reward, then bring the product to the cashier, mentioning that you are a member of the Lavender Enthusiasts Club and are entitled to a free product!

*Please be careful in selecting your reward, as after clicking the Redeem button, you won't be able to cancel or modify your reward choice.

Only one reward per transaction. Cannot be combined with any other promotional code.

When you choose a reward and click on the Redeem button, you spend your points to obtain that reward, and it is not possible to cancel or modify your choice.

If you have selected a reward but are not ready to place your order, you will still have access to the promotional code for that reward in the Your Rewards section or in the email that was sent to you to confirm the reward. When you are ready to place your order, you can enter the promo code in the Gift Card or Promo Code field of your shopping cart.

If you change your mind and absolutely want to modify your choice and redeem your points for a different reward, please contact us at info@bleulavande.com.

If you already had a Bleu Lavande account before May 30, 2023, you are automatically a member of the Lavender Lovers Club. You can simply log in to your account and view your BLEU points.

If you do not already have an account, you can create an account and you will receive a confirmation email (please check your spam folder). You will then be able to view your BLEU points.

For all our customers who already have a Bleu Lavande account, you will see your 250 points automatically added to your account.

Yes, you will receive double points on your next order, provided that you have an account at the time of your next order.

Yes, you earn 5 BLEU points for every dollar spent on all your purchases.

Please note that for gift cards, points are awarded when the gift card is used to make a purchase, not when the gift card is initially purchased.

Your points will expire only if you have not earned or spent points for a continuous period of one year! We will always send you a reminder before any points expire. :)

You can earn and redeem BLEU points on our website bleulavande.com and at our Magog Espace Boutique only.

It is not possible to earn BLEU points at other retail locations where our products are available, such as pharmacies, food markets, retailers, etc.

No, the free shipping is applicable when the subtotal of your order reaches $75 or more, before taxes and after applying discounts.

That being said, if you have a free product in your order, its price after discount is $0 and therefore does not affect the subtotal of your order.
