Yoga in the lavender fields

A workshop in our fields, themed around yoga, meditation and well-being, led by Kin Yoga. Tune in and drop off the planet as you mellow out amid our rows and rows of fragrant lavender.

Schedule and teachers

Yoga sessions take place every Saturday and Sunday until August 27 from 10 a.m. to noon. Yoga sessions are included with your access to the lavender grove.

Every Sunday, the yoga sessions will be led by Anne-Marie. Yoga sessions and leaders :

I’ve always loved to move my body. I’ve been practising yoga for 20 years and dancing since forever! During these sessions, I gently guide my fellow yoga followers in a soothing, simple manner, which fills them with renewed energy. My philosophy is that everyone, no matter what their age or ability, can benefit from yoga. This ancient practice encourages you to challenge yourself (but kindly!), to breath better and to connect with the present moment. Take a guided session with me that will leave you feeling on top of the world!
